Honour

"I am very aware of the Premier League, and in recent years it has been the stand-out league in the world.

"If it came calling, especially if it was a club like Manchester United, it would be very hard to resist.

"I am happy at Valencia but every player has his price and if they get an offer they think is good business anything is possible."

Some of them would pick Rafa. Cos they're a bit mental.

I'd never normally choose a player over manager, but when your manager's Rafa, & the player is the worlds best striker, then I'll make an exception.

Pantelic?

Can we please have his strike partner instead?
[/quote]

Quite, a 31 year old free transfer from Hertha to Ajax last year.

Still, he's scored 16 in 23 league appearances for Ajax this season. The Dutch league really is shit.

You can't stress that enough.

It's worse than the Championship.

I heard that Rush Dalglish thing elsewhere. If Rafa walks after the Hull game, we might need a temp manager in until after the CL final 😉

regards

I'm not even interested in the mediocre players we are linked with, as Rafa won't be here next season to sign them anyway..

"Stoke have made a £4m bid for Ipswich midfielder and captain Jon Walters"

Hes a striker. These journos are fucking rubbish

That would depend on how big the hole is?

West Ham signing an injury prone, high wage footballer. You've got to laugh.

It's not really *that* much of a surprise TBH (the King has consistently been high in the betting on Rafa's sucessor). I'd like to see it myself, provided it was on a temporary basis only (though I suspect the man himself wouldn't accept it otherwise), for two reasons. One, I think the whole club would get a lift from the appointment, and two, it might mean we have our eye on a big name who is still employed.
