Our under 18's is going to be exciting next season, even if Dal looks about 10.

Yesterday, Liverpool confirmed the signing of Bosnian sensation Dal Varesanovic and today, we’ve showed off fellow 16-year-old midfielder Edvard Tagseth.

The Norwegian has had a pre-contract agreement with the club since 2015 and now he’s turned 16, he’ll join up fully with Steven Gerrard’s youth side from this summer onwards.

We beat Manchester United to his signature and coaching staff at the club consider Tagseth to be an outrageous talent. Obviously, we’ve had plenty of these on the books over the past few years and very few make it to the top, but Jurgen Klopp has already showed youngsters there’s a clear path to the first-team for the best.
Liverpool are currently banned from signing domestic Academy players, but Varesanovic and Tagseth have arrived from the continent. It will be difficult for them to adapt to a new country, but can now learn their trade from Gerrard – one of the best midfielders of his generation.
For now, we just hope they settle in well and enjoy both their football and their development.

Who knows, they're 16 years old and have just started or are about to start their careers in the U-18s.

I'm listening......

What's Dal like with a sword and how is he at zonal marking corner kicks?

I thought we've banned from signing kids?

That doesnt say anything about age?

Oops. Yeah I omitted the first paragraph which said:

[article]Liverpool have accepted they made an illegal approach to a 12-year-old Stoke City player and been handed a transfer ban on signing Academy players from other English clubs.[/article]
Still doesn't mention the age range specifically, but I figure it's anyone at the club without a pro contract I suppose (i.e. below age 17 or 18).
