Only explanation for some of the crazy generation of exciting talents they're producing.

Yannick Ferreira Carrasco (Monaco)

Ronaldo started out as some crazy showboater like this (okay, his was the stepovers). I've seen Cruyff turns, but a double Cruyff turn is just taking the piss (27s mark). Got the numbers to back him up too - 5 goals, 10 assists this season. He's the fella who scored the knockout punch against the Gunners at the Emirates in the CL Round of 16.

I reckon he must be both exhilarating and frustrating to watch in the same game.

 
Looks brilliant. If bids were to come in for sterling he would be a very good option. Are Monaco still run by the billionaires?

The Russian billionaire Rybolvlev still owns them, though they ended up with a nett profit in the transfer market after selling James Rodriguez to Real Madrid and buying a few young players.

This lad joined their reserves from Genk back in 2010/11 before the ownership change.
