This poor fucker in the first phase of play was being hunted down by an armed man, so in fear for his life and acted in self-defense. In the second phase of play, the armed thug then feared for his life and killed the guy, supposedly also in self defense. Even the fucking FA can distinguish between two different phases and draft appropriate laws. What gives with criminal law?
