David Villa has admitted his surprise that Fernando Torres has not joined Chelsea and believes this season is Liverpool's 'last chance' to keep the striker.

"I am actually a little surprised. It looks like Nando is staying," Villa, who joined Barcelonafrom Valencia before the World Cup, is quoted as saying by the Daily Star Sunday.

Don't the hags have anything to write? They have actually turned a positive news for us into a bad one.

I will take one more year from Torres.

I can sure Torres will leave, if not next year, or year after next or in 5 years time!

That is so true but I am sick to the teeth with all the headlines that Torres is leaving... etc after knowing (hopefully, as we cannot know for sure yet until he personally say so but we have not heard from hi directly yet) that he is staying for this season at least.

It's not only Villa, its the Spanish players from both Real and Barca. I'm not sure when they were appointed press agents! 😉

Though the description is probably befitting in some other ways, hags is usually referred to old women & is similar to calling them a witch, hacks is pretty much exclusively for journalists of lesser repute.

I would expect nothing less. Hopefully we will make any decision to leave very difficult by having a positive twelve months ahead.
