Surprise surprise it's Suarez in a team that creates very little.

Not many would have predicted that last season.

Take a bow you absolute beast.

If Torres was worth $50M then he must be worth $70M

1 Luis Suarez Liverpool 8
1 Robin van Persie Man Utd 8
3 Demba Ba Newcastle 7
4 Edin Dzeko Man City 6
4 Marouane Fellaini Everton 6
4 Miguel Michu Swansea 6
7 Dimitar Berbatov Fulham 5
7 Jermain Defoe Tottenham 5
7 Steven Fletcher Sunderland 5
7 Nikica Jelavic Everton 5
7 Kevin Nolan West Ham 5
12 Peter Crouch Stoke 4
12 Javier Hernandez Man Utd 4

Yeah its great but right now - I feel like our team is... well not Liverpool FC, but Suarez FC. Never have I witnessed such a gap between our top player and the rest of the team so on that front I am delighted for him, but at the same time kind of depressed.

Suarez is carrying us this season like Gerrard has done for the previous 10.

Long may his scoring run continue, rich vein of form.

Were you asleep for the Gerrard FC years?

No - but during his time he had other very good noticable players around him like Owen, McAllister , Alonso, Macha, Torres and many more. The gap now seems really big between our best player and the rest of the team. Don't be surprised if a bid comes in for Suarez at Christmas time - to ruin it all for us.

Bar the derby everytime I've seen them this year they have crushed the opposition all over the pitch.
They are going to push the top 4 very close.

I genuinely think Everton will Finish 4th, the only danger is if they lose Baines, Fellaini or Jelavic to injury/transfer.

Long way to go until May brother, and big players to run in and out of form. So plenty can go wrong for Everton and the opposite can happen for Spurs Arsenal and us. Sad thing is we lack goals and creativity full stop.

I agree with this - the idea that Liverpool were a "one-man team" was a myth propagated by fans of other clubs and journos who didn't watch us very much. When Gerrard was out of the team through injury, our results weren't affected - others like Alonso seemed to step up to the plate.

Very true - they did step up to the plate, and especially Alonso.

I understand where you're going, but, though his absence wasn't a huge blow in the short term with some of those teams, but he was SO responsible for so many of our glorious nights and triumphs, some may - myself included - be guilty of remembering him as all alone on the field at times... No SG = we don't even qualify for the knockout stages in 2005. No SG = We lose to West Ham in 2006. Etc...

Suarez has been on another planet this season, awesome. But if we don't start sharing out these goals between the front 6, and soon, it's going to end in tears.
I think he'll do 20 in the league this season.

Would break the bank for Fellaini if everton would sell to us.

Can see him fitting in at one of the manc clubs

Everton, generally speaking, start poorly and finish strongly. So this year, they've started off very well - and I see why you're thinking they'll continue it the whole year. Felliani will probably go in Jan (CL eligible), and he is vital for their team's success. Even if he doesn't go, I can't see them keeping this pace up. They'll finish top 5-7.

They wont finish 4th though, but a 5-7th is a possibility.

With or without Fellaini they are to extremely different teams, and he'll prob move in january.
He said he wants to move on aswell.

When did he say that?
