Rooney has been left out of the match day squad.

Any reason given?

Ha, very good Ross.

So, O'Shea as a central midfielder for Utd and Cahill as Evertons striker. This has a draw written all over it.

A nil-nil draw would be a good result .

He's a nervous shrek

good one!

Looks like a 4-6-0 for Everton

er what happened to Valencia. He has not featured much for MU this season.

Cracking first fifteen minutes with Everton having the better of things.

Doesn't look like it will stay 0-0 for too much longer.

The pitch looks in pretty good state.

It's been raining all yesterday, through the night, and really hard this morning. By rights the ball shouldn't even roll!

That's it, Bitters.

Boo a player with blood pissing out his mouth.

Damn you Harlequins!

Nah, have you ever seen a cross section of a Premiership pitch? It's 4" maximum of turf, the 'soil' isnt soil but a mixture of elements designed to help grass stay put, grow properly & allow water through without soaking in too much. The grass itself is engineered specifically for the same purposes.

It's effectively a grass carpet over a flat heated plastic drainage system, not a 'pitch' like we play on.

As much as it pains me to say it, I'm quite impressed by Jagielka. Moyes certainly knows how to spot a player.

I want to see some form of disgusting mid air collision featuring Scholes and Fellatio, teeth and bones everywhere, needs a mop to clean up the mess.

*blows dust off Ouija board*

Alright Titchmarsh 😉

United look like they'll drop points here, not that it really matters to us.

The questions will all be about Rooney tomorrow.

Fine save from Howard off a Paul Scholes drive.

Amazed Everton didn't spot that freekick coming.

What a save.
[/quote]

Yeah. Not many saves get me thinking about the predetermined nature of the universe and the differences between classical and quantum mechanics to be honest.

Reminded me of that corner they scored from against us where Rooney had been left all by himself outside the box and Tevez turned his shot in.

United are improving.

Great play by Fletcher. Another fine save by Howard.

1-0 Everton

Ha

In think we criminally underuse that type of freekick considering how many players we have who can drive a ball in from distance & the lack of any FK specialist.
