So I've ordered tickets for the Europa league match this Thursday.

Even though I emailed LFC and told them I've moved house, they have sent them to my old address.

Their advice via email was to go to my old address and retrieve the tickets, I have tried this to no avail.

I have also tried ringing LFC ticket line and customer services, and no fucker ever answers the phone.

I'm very close to throwing my phone through a wall, and the fields of anfield road is very close to being ruined for me (thanks to the hold music).

Anyone any advice on what to do?

Help!

Can we either ban skullflower or bring back the ignore function, stupid troll.

Good luck in your quest carra, do you think the new residents would be the type to keep your mail from you? Might be worth trying there again in a day or two?

Any actual (helpful) advice would be great guys.

An email address or an alternative phone number or anything.

Cheers.

I think you just need to keep trying the phone lines Carra, first thing as soon as they open is probably best.

regards

Cheers Vlad I will give try and give that a go in the morning.

I'm in work at 8.30 myself though. Don't think they'll be open before that.

I will just have to persist with it I suppose.

Has anyone else had anything like this happen?

Do you know if it's likely that they'll let us pick up replacement tickets on the night if I've got the card used to purchase etc?

Everyone has Debs, it's part of the Liverpool Way,
You would have thought after being in the hands of Yanks for all these years now they would have sorted out the basics. The ticket office is shit always has been.
I would have thought so, you will also no doubt have to prove to them that you sent them the email letting them know of the change of address.

I think you should be able to go to the ticket office prior to the match with ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets and they will missue you a new lot.
This happened to me a few years back when they posted the tickets to me in Dublin by second class mail and they didn't arrive until a week after the game date.
I was given the advice I just gave you by the ticket office and had no problems.
Give them a call anyhow in case they have a new policy since then.

Yeah i did that for an away game and it seemed to work fine, assume its standard policy

Got this sorted now guys. Just gotta take my email confirmation, and the card I used to purchase with me on the night, and they will issue duplicates.

Thanks for all the help.

Well in Debs, where are you sitting?.......there is sometimes a spare seat by me and Portly, you are welcome to cuddle up to us, it shouldn't affect your reputation 😉

Lol. We're in the Kop, cant remember exactly where. I think it would be your reputation taking the bashing myself. Cuddling up to a couple of lesbians . . .

Yeah, but they're a couple of old queens....*cough* Gaga fetish.....

It could only enhance mine and Portly's street cred, and show us to be the modern thinkers we really are deep down.
That will be you with the denim jeans, jackets short hair and caterpillar boots in the harry then 😉
