I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced an event which was unexplainable at the time or appeared to be supernatural?
When I was about 7 my family stayed in what my mum and dad still believe to this day was a haunted house.
Now my parents are very level headed and not the type to make stuff up. But apparently we stayed in an old manor in Great Yarmouth. I can barely remember it now.
Anyway we were due to stay for three but lasted one night. Things that apparently happended included...
-The front door was locked and wouldnt open with a shoulder behind it, went for a look round the back, but on returning to the front the door was wide open.
-Footsteps and scratching like a dogs feet in the corridor during the night.
-Ballroom music floating in the air, this place was miles from the next house.
-In my room the big old style curtains were drawn open in the morning, tied back - I was 7 and still asleep and unlikely to tie them back and my mum remember untieing them the previous night.
Pretty freaky!
The only other unexplained thing ive seen is a UFO flying along the Mersey, one fireworks night. It was just a round silver ball travelling in a straight line at around 50km per hour, so it could of been something to do with the fireworks or whatever. I prefer to think it was aliens coming down for a look.
So my question is have you ever seen something that freaked you out or at the time was unexplainable?
