Just watching on Sky news this announcement on saving the banks ETC and Brown will not let his chancellor announce any of the fucking policies, he won't let go. Brown is supposed to be our PM not a chancellor, he undermines Darling all the time and must be a mare to work for.
We need a PM who can lead on every subject not just finance, do you really think Blair would have taken that press conference, he only let Darling answer the odd easy question.
As for Brown slating the banks and their methods ETC, what an idiot, he was in charge when they were allowed to lend to folk who could not afford it, he was in charge when personal debt limitations were increased. He did not control the economy and allowed the government and the public to get in more debt than ever before, banks became selling machines rather can holders and controllers of the countries money.
He and his US equivalent are to blame for this, you cannot blame the banks for selling what they were allowed to.
And Brown has the cheek to call he Tories "boom and bust"
I hope and pray labour get out next election, they cannot get away with this irresponsible control of the country.
