This should be in General Chat, but I'm sticking it here anyway. I've been messing around a lot with "vibe coding", which is essentially telling AI models what you want and letting them do all the work.

Here's a site I made in a few hours today:

Wow. Pretty impressive.

Ha, no, but I'm thinking of adding a SCM Prediction League to it.

I had a play around with that music generator thing you posted a while back, for some fun.

We have some AI tools stuff we can access st work - but I have no idea how to use it properly.

The most I’ve used AI for is to try to generate descriptor copy for wines - but it’s very repetitive after a couple of different wines - and you can easily spot who’s using AI tools stuff generate copy due to sentence structure and specific words that get used regularly.

I’d love to figure out how to get it more effective, but can’t be arsed spending ages trying to figure it out.

Any quick, easy pointers to basic stuff for someone who isn’t very good at this sort of shit would be gratefully received.

Pop me a PM with a bit more info on what you need it to do and I'll give you some guidance when I have a mo'

I'm keen to play around with a new use case, so if you pop me a message soon I may just build something cool for you!

I used Cursor as the IDE and used a combination of Claude 3.7 Sonnet, OpenAI 01-mini, and Deepseek 3 as coding and file management models.
What do you think of Cursor,? I had a go but didn't really think much initially. Used VS Code and LLM plugin before, wasn't much better i thought.
Looks like you done a good job though.
Have you tried veo2 yet?

Not yet.

I had been using VS Code and Cline up until a week ago.

I'm digging Cursor now that I've set it up properly. It's basically VS Code anyway and I'm running Cline on it as well.

Yeah think was cline I had.
Thing about Cursor is, it's another IDE and I think it;s a fork of VS Code right? it looks new thing I have to learn.
Did you follow any decent guides? I'm willing to give it a go but maybe I was too slow to be productive initially on it.

If you're used to VS Code it's quick to get accustomed go Cursor. I just mucked around with it and skipped through a couple of YouTube videos to make sure I didn't miss any basic tips.
