Looking for a bit of advice. Has anyone on here learnt this martial art before or any other martial art? what were you experiences like? It looks fun and interesting, I'm not trying to become a fighting machine I just find the culture and disipline behind it very interesting, plus I badly need something to keep me interested and make me exercise. it's an idea which really appeals to me, but wondering if anyone with actual experience could give an opinion.
