Id have Patches up front. Recognized striker, rather than a makeshift one.

Hes not really a recognized striker is he? He plays more in the jonjo position.

I'd prefer jonjo in the jonjo position myself

More of a striker than Jonjo. He's played in that position in the reserves.

Sterling, Morgan or Yesil in that order. Then N'goo. Also have Gerrard in an advanced position.
If all else fails release the Jonjo smackdown on those candy ass hammers.

Wait, i'd also be happy for Pacheco to get a go. If he's still alive.

Anything could happen though come Sunday. Joe Cole might even get the nod or Suso might find himself in a more advanced number 10 role.

Pacheco's not trained on. He needs to find a club at his level.

I might have thought of Shelvey myself but he was so crap at the weekend I wouldn't take the risk of giving him that level of responsibility at the moment.

The midfield need to bomb into the box. Suarez can't be replaced at the moment so it has to be a different formation.

Would play Sterling up top, with suso behind him.

That is future attack, may as well start now.

I'm hoping that Rodgers will use a bit of imagination and do something surprising like giving Ngoo a chance. It's not until youngsters get a chance in the first team that you know how good they really are.

It's true that Shelvey hit the post with a good shot on Saturday, but apart from that he couldn't do a thing right. I really don't see him as a substitute striker at Premier League level.

He started twice as striker in Europe when Suarez didn't and he scored first in both games.

I backed him both times. He's ace.

At least shelvey has proven himself consistently able to get into the scoring positions. We need that level of movement up top because we're sure as shit going to be missing it with suarez out

Firstly, it's 4 goals. Secondly, he's played 11 games in the premier league this season and scored sweet fuck all, so what you think that against West Ham will be any different?
Because he'd be spearhead of the attack and shows intelligent movement, has an actual desire to get on the ball and shows some level of commitment.

Hes not the most technical, he's not the quickest, but his pool of attributes are better for our needs than any of the other options
