Sam Womack (Ronnie from Eastenders) was called a murdering ***** by some random member of the public as she walked in London with her kids, this obviously after thicko watched the equally stupid thick storyline of ronnie losing her baby to cot death and then swapping her dead one for another one that was alive and kicking.
The line between reality and made up stupid shit on the telly is a little blured for some people. I remember the guy who played Trevor said he got a little abuse during the raping lil Mo storyline.
