Yes its another food thread. With a twist. I cooked chicken with chilli and peanut butter the other day and added some they finely grated dark choc (85%) to it to give it a more rich and slightly bitter taste. The sauce normally requires sugar which i left out due to the sweet nature of the choc. It was gorgeous. Chocolate chicken.
