I'm pretty sure he was quoted the other day saying that what he wants is success for Liverpool - 'and if that means a new manager, so be it'. Maybe Rafa's been on the phone to him?

Rafa took him back to LFC so Robbie's going to talk him up. If his book is anything to go by, his opinions depend entirely on who was friendly to him and who wasn't, rather than being objective in any real sense. Wonderful player, but not someone whose judgment I'd tend to trust.
