"Mr. Evans had (and has) a duty of care, if spitting for whatever reason, not to direct the same in the general direction of an opponent, or indeed anyone else. The video clips clearly show that he failed in his duty of care."

The FA are incredible. Duty of Care? Fucking hell. So they concluded that he was negligent by not spitting in a different direction. Ok you can be that thick and willing to suck the penis of an english man u player. Its not a surprise. Six games.

Cisse straight up admits he spat in the cunts face. Six games plus the extra one. What the fuck? So there is no difference between negligence and deliberate conduct. Nice precedent. Fucking clueless racist and lying cunts.

Didn't we already establish that the 6 game ban for spitting was a FIFA mandate and couldn't be changed.

The one game extra for cisse was for a previous infringement.

FIFA intended the six game ban for the disgusting offence of spitting. The FA didn't find that offence, but found that Evan's was merely careless. There is no mandated punishment for carelessly spitting because FIFA are not as thick as to believe such a thing.

Basically, the black player is a disgusting animal. The white guy made a careless mistake. According to the FA.

Oh.... I didn't realise that carelessly spitting isn't spitting.

Good job it wasn't violently spitting.

Would he have got off with just negligent spitting.

Although he must have been close to just getting a yellow for spitting simulation.

Then they want to hide their racism by handing down a way over the top ban for Evans. If he was negligent, then ban him for 1 game and admit you are racist cunts.

From now on if you see someone about to spit... Walk in front of them. Take the gob to the eye for your team. Go to ground and roll over if you want. But BOOM. That player has failed in his duty of care. Six games.

Is the player spitting blind or fitted with a neck-brace that stops him from turning his head to one side.

Or is like a John Woo film and the guy throws himself through the air to take the hit - maybe spitting back in the process - and with white doves flying off in different directions.

Hahaha. Everyone knows he spat on him. This problem now is because the FA didn't want to accuse the white guy of spitting on a black guy. So they invented some magical pixie dust laden scenario that he never intended to spit on Cisse but did so by a lack of due care. So fine, then he should get 1 game. Not 6.

It's just unfortunate for Evans that it was salvia that popped out of his mouth.

Had it been something less offensive, like a John Terryesque racial slur, he might have gotten away with a 4 game ban....

If you read the text of the rule, it's a strict liability offence.

Like speeding. It doesn't matter what the state of mind is.

It does sound like the FA are sticking to FIFA guidelines, while simultaneously making half excuses for Evans.

It's the way Evans reacted over the whole scene that got me. Watch it back, he's terrified of Cisse and it makes him look incredibly weak. Strange one

I think Evans has been stitched up big time aswell. You have to give the situation some context. Nobody mentions that Cisse almost broke Evans` leg from point blank range, why wouldn't Evans be feckin` furious and give him the verbals. He did well not to go through him for a short cut. It's unfortunate that spit lobbed out of his mouth whilst having a go, but in my opinion, he didn't have any intention of spitting on him. If someone with a better memory than I could tell me, as I'm nearly positive there were examples of intentional spitting highlighted on Match of the Day that then went unpunished. I can't remember who it was. Maybe Gareth Barry.

I actually don't care whether the dirty Manc player has been stitched up.

The big question is...... now that he's banned from playing against us..... is that a good thing or a bad thing?

It's the kinda stupid talk people engage in to avoid calling someone a liar

Liar appears on every other page of my bundle. Liar. Lies. Flagrant lies. What's the issue, it adds a bit of colour to the boring legal arguments.

Dantes: It cannot be. He is simply lying to you my Lord.
Douche: With respect, I am not lying.
Dantes: See, he just lied again.
