Here comes the bi-monthly membership question for those of you informed.

Firstly, is there any issue with getting a second membership card under a different email address, but same name? I'd assuming not, but just wanted to check there wasn't anything funny.
Secondly, for the cup enrolment scheme, if you enrol, do you have to buy the tickets for the next? I'm thinking of enrolling for the league cup scheme (as it's the only one I stand a chance of getting tickets for) but there's a strong chance I won't be able to make the first (third) round, but would like to go to the second (fourth) round, do I get kicked out if I don't go for the first round.
Finally, is there any chance in hell of me getting a champions league game? I'd settle for sitting on the roof of the centenary at the moment!

Thanks for any help!

Based on circumstances i.e. us being out of the CL for a number of years - I would say it will be a nightmare but I guess part of it will be down to luck of the online system?

You might also find that in the earlier games people buy the tickets to get the credit but can't go and so spares will exist.

I'm kind of hoping that will happen, I've started to accept there's no chance of me getting them on my membership, which sucks as ill have no chance of going in future, but I've got to find a way to go!

I enrolled for the ACS for the FA Cup. I picked my seat and if we are drawn a home tie I will be allocated a seat and the money will be deducted from the card I signed up with. They take 25p to secure the seat. The club don't care if I don't go, i'll have paid for my ticket. If I can't make it myself i'll farm out the card.

I think the CL opened with a four game requirement. i.e. you needed four games from out previous EL campaign to enroll. They dropped this requirement to two games. I doubt it will go down to a free for all.

I read that away games in the Champions league will be allocated according to your attendance at away games during our last European campaign, which was in the Europa League.
Nothing similar has been said regarding home games and I am hopeful that it will be on a first come, first served basis after season ticket holders, etc have had the chance to buy.
I would say that the game against the weaker/less glamorous opposition shouldn't be that difficult to get as mid week games, regardless of the competition don't seem to sell out as quickly as weekend games.

Cheers for the info guys. So if I'm reading correctly, the enrolment scheme isn't the only way to get tickets for Champions League, FA Cup and League Cup? That just guarantees you a seat before the general sale? I'd assumed it was the only way, if it isn't maybe I have some hope for the Champions League, and will just hold off until the fixtures are announced for the league cup. The enrolment scheme for the CL never dropped below 2 home games in 2012 and has now ended, it would be great if the champions league went to general sale (with a decent number of tickets) for members, at least I'd have some hope.

I can't see it either. I'd say we'll all be thrown in on the late availability sale with a few hundred odds tickets at best.
