The only players who put in any kind of performance on Saturday were Salah, Mane and Moreno. The rest were all fucking shit, so it seems unfair to single out Wijnaldum.

Team-wise, I'd expect to see Gomez, Karius, Robertson and Coutinho come back into contention. We don't really have many options in central defence, although obviously Klavan won't play.

I've said it before, I don't think we will see Milner start at left back again for Liverpool, except in dire emergencies (all of Moreno, Robertson, Gomes & Flanagan unavailable). He had a one-season deal with Klopp to cover the position.

Despite his encouragingly improved showing so far this season I would start more or less anyone ahead of Moreno at LB for this one, after his shocker against them in that Europa Pot final. I know it was a while back, but he was a disaster area all on his own that night. Maybe the fact that he used to play for them didn't help?
