Bagged 4 yesterday for the Under 23's

I keep forgetting we have this player..

Will he get a game.. Has to be a better option from the bench than Solanke surely ?

Likely we will see him in the FA cup though.. Unless we get a Draw from Hell in the 3rd round. i.e Man City or Man Utd away..

Seems to be frozen out. Even if we sell him, burnley get 25% of the fee, so a loan at xmas may help drive up hi sprice

I think his return is being very carefully managed given he has had two very long and serious injuries. I'd expect him to feature in some non PL games - he fits the Klopp profile for a front 3 player (or atleast, the Ings we bought from Burnley did).

Nah I can't see him getting near the first team for the prem. maybe the odd cup game

He'll only get a game if everyone is injured.

And by "a game" I mean, the opportunity to sit on the bench, obv.

Really feel for him.

Had high hopes for him due to his attitude and work ethic.

Would love to see him given a chance but I doubt he'll get unless he continues to bang in goals for the u23's

It won't be long before Studge gets sidelined again, at which point he will find a place on the bench.. He'll struggle a lot if we have all of Coutinho, Lallana, Studge, Ox, Salah, Mane, Firmino fit though.. Tough gig to get back in the side but Klopp seems to like him and I think will feel compelled to give him his chance.

Yeah, I like him as well. Major doubts to if he'll succeed or not, but he's a good player.
Sadly you have this feeling that he'll get injured again sometime soon.

On loan till the end of the season somewhere he can do damage to our rivals ... then get him back for pre-season. I like him too much to bin off without another look.

Everton need a striker

Would be great to get him a loan move to a PL team. With the time he's been out, the comeback has potential to be a long road and if he is able to do that on someone else's books and allow us to avoid the opportunity cost of playing him instead of one of Firmino, Salah, Mane, Coutinho etc. would be a great move.

I'd have thought Palace are the most in need for a striker. They're probably desperate enough to pay his entire wage and a fee. Their manager knows us and can get a loan arranged very easily with one phone call. It would help them out of some serious shit, help us out, and help the player himself out. Makes sense all around. Unfortunately the manager is also fucking stupid and will instead take the opportunity to play his beloved 4-6-0.
