We've been shite since 2009. It wont change in 4 months. Changing manager again is pointless at this stage.
The squad is awfully thin and our attacking options are extremely limited.
He deserves at least a full season before we judge him. If his signings in january doesnt improve the first team or results, then questions have to asked.
That said, he needs to learn aswell. If something isnt working he has to be able to change his approach.

Missed the point. This team - follow this carefully - has not been below 8th since it gained promotion. Okay? A downward spiral to...8th. Not exactly Biblical in its scope. But IMHO we WILL finish lower if we keep this bloke. He's not a bad man, he's just out of his depth and appointing him was an appalling act of vandalism by owners who are supposed to be custodians of the club.
Kenny had us at pretty much the same standard with the benefit of a wad of cash. whatever immediate progress you're demanding, it also requires financial backing, which he hasn't had to the same degree. We were both content to keep Dalglish, so it's a bit rich making different demands of Rodgers, with less cash and less time at it.
I don't see what positive actions he's made, unless it's The Great Early Subbing Sensation of 2012. Playing kids? Forced on him. Attractive football? The highs haven't struck me as any higher than last season (The Mythic Shit Season of 2011/12). More players in the box? No, fewer. More of a goal threat? The opposite. I'm happy to demand progress in the JS Mill sense - not going backwards. We're going backwards.
People want instant success ... and instant signs of it.
