... brought him to 10 league goals for the season.

Somebody on this site (DB? Rosco?) owes the HJC $100 (sorry, no pound symbol in this pc) on my behalf.

Make it out from Andie & Alex in Dallas, please.

I think that list is wrong. Sky had Anelka on 18 - he scored 1 to win the Golden Boot - and Gerrard on 16.

Cisse on 10... Pretty good for a shite, sulky, moany, perpetually off-side side player.

Fixed it some more.

On the Official Spurs website, it says 5 for us, 5 for them. That's 10 where I live, chaps...

Spidey - Was it you I had the bet with?

eh?

I had a bet that keane wouldn't get more than 10 goals. I don't think I had a bet regarding keane with someone on this site.

It was driving me mental, so I went back and looked...

I think Lawro is spot on.

Keane hasn't broke 20 prem goals in 3 years now.

Torres did it at the 1st attempt.

Spidey posted his stats.

Las two years 17 and 16 playing in a very attack minded Spurs team week in week out in a 442 formation.

He won't play every week under Rafa and he certainly wont play 35 odd games up front in 442.

If he's gets 10 league goals he'll be going well and it wont be enough for a title.

Money where mouth is time, mate.

I will give $100 to the charity of your choice if Keane scores less than 10 league goals next season, if you'll do the same if he scores 10 or more...

You on?

He hit 19 league goals twice and 18 twice. Just because he didn't hit the arbitrary figure of 20 doesn't mean he wasn't a great goalscorer.

In every season he played for us, he hit a goal every other game in the league, with the exception of one season, during which he scored a paltry 11 from 27. He scored more than one in every two games for Real too, and a lot of those were as a sub.

He's also scored 26 for England. Not too bad...

He was a bloody great striker.

Looking again, I don't think that he did.

Poor form though, if he uses that excuse - I'd not have used it, had RK not reached 10.

Sorry, Ryan, you're right. I pinched the fact from Wiki which states 26 competitive goals. Maybe it excludes friendlies?
