Remember when Gareth Bale was a left back?

I just remembered today hearing on a podcast 3-4 years ago about a horrible run Spurs went on when Bale was toiling at left back for them. At one point they had gone something like 17 games without a win with Bale playing left back.

I did a search on the Google machine but couldn't find the statistic. @Binny or anyone else have the answer?

Can you imagine if the gay ronaldo stays at madrid, and bale goes there too? With those fuckers players wing forwards off a decent striker they'd be unstoppable as an attacking force.

Haven't we thought that about Madrid the past 3-4 seasons when they add an attacking player though? They still need to find a way to make the pieces fit together.
