So he's given a state honour to Andrei Lugovoi, the main suspect in the Litvinenko case, for "services to the Motherland".

So not only is the mad cunt sending military planes into EU airspace, flirting with passenger aircraft disaster, now this. He seems on a headlong collision course to provoke us into some kind of retaliation.
