There's quite a few reports going on that PSG's next big move is to bring Ronaldo and Mourinho to PSG. Ronaldo wants to be one of the highest paid players in the world, and will get that there.

Would be insane if this came off ... The French league would basically be a 'one team' league, with two of the best players in the world.

Seems like the kind of team Mourinho would be attracted to ...

The strangest thing about PSG is that they're the only professional team in all of Paris.

How many does London have? Even Athens has four (that I can think of, there's probably more).

Surely Maureen would feel bored in France? He likes the backing to win in competitive leagues; I can't see what would feed his ego in dominating in France.

I think winning the European cup with a French side would suit his ego quite nicely, as long as there was plenty of cash and limelight to hog in I dont think hed be too concerned

Real have probably the best squad of players in world football and still behind barca by 8 points and not certain to go through in Champions league.

If they don't win either this season, I cant see him leaving spain, unless pushed else he will be seen as a failure to some people

Aren't France introducing a 75% tax rate for top earners though ? May harm PSGs plans somewhat

I think Mourinho will leave before long. He's finding it harder to pull the strings there - even if he did get rid of Valdano - and even if he wins nothing else this year he will claim that breaking records and beating Barca to the league is achievement enough.

Ronaldo and who?

Anything that keeps Mourinho away from Old Trafford is fine with me.

I would say hes more likely to end up at City than Utd at this stage. ManUtd will need serious rebuilding over the next couple of years and the owners have no appetite for that, City on the other hand will be shovelling money at any manager willing to take it so its a much more natural fit for Mourinho. Plus you would need to be mental to take the Man Utd job directly after Ferguson, thats a no win situation
