Whether it is a piece of commentary or a favourite last minute winner, anything that made you happy, sad, angry etc etc. Throw in a couple of lines about the clip and what it meant to you.

I'm going with this for a start, the national anthems before the Ireland vs England match at Croke Park in the Six Nations. The whole country was talking about hearing 'God Save The Queen' at Croker. EVERYONE in the stadium was up for this match in a big way and the emotion and atmosphere in the stadium was as good as I have known it. Even the BBC commentators were a bit taken back by the emotion on show...

This is when the Yankees stood for something ... One of the greatest sports related speeches ever, by a man who was everything that's good about sports ... Lou Gehrig's "Luckiest Man" farewell speech ... "I've got an awful lot to live for":

Excellent shout Stu, John Hayes blubbing all over the place.

Hayes really reminds me of Ross for some reason (not the crying bit).

Great shout Redshrek, the pictures of the Massa family in the garage is hard going, you can see the moment when their hearts break in two.

I dunno what it is. He kinda looks like you, and probably something to do with the rugby connection, but everytime I see him I think of you for some reason.

I can't find a vid of it anywhere, but Darren Clarke winning his singles match in the '06 Ryder Cup at the K Club against Zach Johnson a few months after his wife had died and then breaking down into an emotional mess on the green had me crying like a big woman.

I broke out the DVD of Istanbul recently after I'd purchased and installed the new home theater system. It was the first thing I wanted to watch with the new whopping system in place.

Christ it brought some memories back.

I wish I could go back in time and watch that final again not knowing the outcome. I have never weeped with joy like a big puff other than that night. The happiest moment of my life.
