What an utter plank.. How can a brexit Secretary, be a brexit secretary when he Clearly doesnt understand how brexit works
We can have players from Brazil, South America, etc. There’s no law that I know of saying you have to have EU players rather than U.K. or non EU.
All I aware of is a home grown rule. But that can be a player from anywhere that has been developed via the youth academy..
