A few decent games this weekend.

Hopefully Burnley can set the right tone beating Everton, I'm going 1-1 for this though.

Leicester will probably win at home, 2-1.

Spurs will annihilate Huddersfield, 4-1.

We'll have too much firepower for a Shelvey-less Newcastle, 3-0 or 4-1.

Brighton could well take points off a despondent Arse. 2-2.

City will continue their PL domination with a 2-0 win over Chelsea.

I'd love to tip Palace to take something off of United but don't see it despite United struggling to get any fluidity into their game. United will win, 0-2.

If that all works out we could have a 7 point (effectively 8 points with GD) buffer over 5th placed Chelsea by Sunday night.

Burnley v Everton will be a terrible game. Neither have any real form with Burnley winning one in 11 or something like that. Everton can't get a result away from home with the fans almost unanimously in favour of shooting Big Sam.

0-0 would be my bet.

Everton score through Tosun but really didn't deserve to be ahead, until they scored Burnley looked much more likely to open their account.

They're lucky there's about 10 worse sides in this league. They really are dreadful. Earlier on in the season I was convinced they were going down.

Williams sent off with a straight red for use of the elbow

Williams is gash, isn’t he? As Alvin Martin says, he shouts and gesticulates a lot and pretends to organise those around him but that’s just masking a lack of quality.

Choose 1 out of this pile of dross Southgate.

Hart, Pickford, Butland, Forster, Foster.

LOL.

And to think Rodgers wanted to sign him.

So after Burnley win their first game in 12 matches, and Everton lose their fifth game on the bounce, Burnely move up to SEVENTH and the Bitters are just two places below them.

Apart from the teams 1-6, there's just no fucking point in the Premier League. It's shit.

I do think with the right coach they have the players to do significantly better.

Allardyce has no chance at Everton. It's a bit like when Woy was our manager.

Nobody wanted him, nobody likes him, so he's not going to be afforded any time, and every single thing he does or says will be vilified. The Bitters are also laughably impatient and so amazingly deluded they think they should have a manager like Simeone or Ancelotti.

It was always doomed, but it's just a shame it won't last longer

Yes, he was gone the moment he was announced.
