He has a very similar build to that oscar kid chelsea signed. Kinda plays a little like him too, very good technically.
Can see his signature going down well with the kop; seems to have flair and agility, something we've been lacking since...forever!

Inter Milan midfielder Coutinho has spoken out about rumours linking him with a move to Premier League side Liverpool. The English and Italian media had covered news of an approach by the Merseyside club but the player himself has now spoken and said he wants to stay at Inter Milan.
Countinho is flattered by the interest but feels he has the trust of his current manager and would like to remain at the Serie A side. He has spoken to Sky Italia and the quotes have been picked up by Calciomercato "The rumours about the interest of Liverpool are nice, but my desire is to stay here in Milan. I do not feel I'm on the market, I feel the confidence of the coach and club. My head is concentrated on making the most of myself and to return to being strong."
It will come as a blow to Brendan Rodgers if the reports of interest were accurate. The Guardian said this morning'Liverpool have made their second move of the January transfer window with an £8m bid for the Internazionale midfielder Philippe Coutinho, though they may have to improve their offer to tempt the Italian club to sell.
Brendan Rodgers has turned his attentions to the 20-year-old, who has one senior cap for Brazil, having grown frustrated with Liverpool's prolonged attempts to agree a fee with Blackpool for Tom Ince. Inter have rejected Liverpool's opening offer for Coutinho but negotiations are expected to continue.'
They weren't the only newspaper to carry the story and the Liverpool Echo said Coutinho was 'set to become Liverpool FC's second January signing'.
There was mention in that report of a rejected bid from Liverpool but an almost certainty that the club would return with a better offer to sign the player, the will of Coutinho himself was never thought to be an issue but his comments sound quite clear. If a new offer tempts Inter Milan then the club may have a job on their hands convincing Coutinho to leave.
