Have you ever been a mod on Boards.ie?
It is seriously strict there.
It's difficult to compare SCM with boards.ie though. We have a very small, and I daresay tight-knit community on here. Boards has something like half a million members, where things simply can't be as relaxed as SCM. And any time I've checked, there is usually something like a few thousand members viewing it.

I am not slagging them for it Neal.
Just pointing out how strict it is.
I rarely post there and haven't asked for permission to post in the soccer thread.
I was already chastised for a rather whimsical post in another sub forum.
Once bitten, twice shy.

Ha. I'm pretty much in the same boat. Very rarely post on it. I got a warning in the computer forum, when someone was having trouble with Internet Explorer and I suggested he use Firefox or Chrome or whatever it was at the time.

I'd give someone a warning for using internet explorer.

Look.
Theres nothing official about this from either club.

This. THIS RIGHT HERE. Is Ezequiel Lavezzi 2013.
His agent is up to shenanigans and we wont be signing him.

The Echo is normally pretty reliable.
I think it will.

Bloody hell, I like those odds. They blow the O'Harometer's 64% right out of the bloody water !
A small time bookmaker a few years ago had Ribery joining at a similar price but when it's SkyBet i'd be certainly taking notice.
They have betting agents at every club.

It just means some deluded fans are backing him to come here, so they reduce the price. It doesn't mean they know anything.

Some dude did say he'd be here on Thursday for a medical, so maybe. On a side note, I never understand how footballers can do this, just decide in a week or two to uproot and move to another country. It took me three months to decide to move across town, madness.

If you were on a 5 or 6 figure sum a week, you'd probably make your mind up quicker.

Philippe Coutinho is heading to #LFC for medicals tomorrow after an undisclosed fee reached between Inter Milan and Liverpool [Gaz Sports]

They are all at it but with no credible source, still no smoke without fire. Anfield Mole is saying tomorrow, and he gets bits right

Lfc have made an improved offer (about 8m) Southampton have gone higher but player wants to join LFC.

Maybe not, but they obviously backed him at bigger prices, so the bookies bring the price in, as they assume the people betting know what they are doing.
That's a fair point but 2 weeks ago when Sky were banging the drum about Guardiola managing an english club next, Skybet had Bayern Munich at 1-4 favorites.
Bookmakers are *always* in the know.
