Nah, didnt Rafa and Pako have a falling out?
This seems more like an opportunity for Pep to be a head coach.

I'd be more worried if Klopp lost one of the other two that has been with him for 15 years +

Mini me, he is the worry and key for klopp.. I'd be more concerned if he ever left..

Fitness and conditioning Coach..

I think overall this is a positive.

Yeah we'd prefer not to lose him, but if our coaches are being seen as managerial material we must be finally doing something right on that end.

Pretty gutted to see him go. He was always a first class coach, but his ability to develop bespoke coaching programmes for specific players turned him into an invaluable part of the first team set up, and then, once Klopp realised how good he was, he became, in effect, the hyphen between the academy and the first team, working with all the best prospects to bed them into the first team squad. So just when Klopp's efforts to make the most of our youth prospects are really starting to kick in, we've lost THE great link between Kirkby and Melwood.

It was probably inevitable - he's been seen as a management prospect for a long time - and there can't be any hard feelings - he's a superb character who has the respect of everyone at the club - but this is a hell of a blow. I don't think, when he came, anyone expected him to become quite so vital, but his special talents basically created a role for himself that excited the management triumvirate. So much so that we'll now need to find someone else to do a job that really only Pep seemed able to do.
