What a brutal process. 24 hours notice and they came in with a clear political agenda. The school has been 'outstanding' for years and the head, senior team and most other staff have remained pretty constant since the last inspection. This summer we're forecasting our best ever set of GCSE A*-C grades. Despite all of this and much more evidence besides, they've graded us 'inadequate' and in need of special measures.
Neither wonder good teachers are dashing to leave the profession. You couldn't pay me enough to want to teach.
