Apparently some North Korean defector gave this DVD of North Korean Propaganda to some woman and asked them to translate it into English and distribute across the internet, to show the West what the North Koreans are exposed to.
In a bit of a twist, she now suspects this may have been kinda meta-propaganda, and thinks that the family that gave her the DVD may have been North Korean plants, who've given it to her knowing she was a translator and interpreter, and that the film was never intended for North Koreans, but actually intended for us in the West.
