Introducing a new "living wage" (read rebranded minimum wage), starting at £7.20 reaching £9 in 2020, slashing a fuck ton of benefits, most notably housing benefits for under 21s and tax credits, it seems like a pretty massive budget, surprised to see no thread about it.
