And he wouldn't get away with it in a proper league. It seems the brazillian league is the best place in the world to learn how do tricks in a game as there's no pressure from your opposition.
It's strange as the brazillians have produced quite a few decent defenders over the years, and even players like lucas wouldn't let him pull it off.

It is a little bit absurd. The defender is just waiting to see what he'll do as opposed to making any kind of attempt to get the ball of him. That said, I like players love players like Neymar. Pointless tricks or not, it makes the game more exciting to watch.
