Why do all our young black players have the same haircut as Sterling?

0-0 at half time, but Sporting score 1st minute if second half.

Sporting are the better side - just seem faster, bigger, stronger and more technically gifted.

For us, Ibe has pace and looks like he could cause them trouble, but isn't getting on the ball enough. Pelosi, has shown a few good touches, but has been outclassed by Sporting's midfielders.

Should have equalized, but if Sporting had stuck 4 past us it would have been fair - their finishing has been horrendous.

didn't they batter us in the nexgen thing so we signed one of their best players then . Strange how he hasn't kicked on or is he still injured ?

He played for us in the game - Baio, looks like Sterling, plays like Joe Allen, dives more the Suarez - didn't contribute much to the game.

To be honest - none of our players stood out. Morgan was insignificant, although he played on the left. I've was poor, Pelosi, probably our best, but didn't stamp any kind of authority on the game and McLaughlin contributed little.

Gelson, their RB looked a fine prospect & the kid that scored their first goal - small attacking midfielder - Stojanavic, young Serbian, looked good.

Apparently that group of Lisbon players has been together for 10 years, so understandable they're quite a unit.
