I want Salah to start because every game is a chance for him to start getting his confidence back by scoring and the familiarity of playing in Italy might help. I would rest Mane since he played both of the Chelsea games and I'd like to give both Sturridge and Shaqiri a start. The problem with this selection is that nobody wants to play on the left – Salah is less effective there, Shaqiri even less so and Sturridge is not a winger. There is a way to solve it by changing the formation to 4-2-2-2 and playing Keita as half-winger/half-midfielder (it suits him and he did that at times in Leipzig). As for others, I would maybe also give VVD a breather so he can recover from the rib injury and perhaps also Clyne for TAA who looked a bit knackered on Saturday.
