Fuck. City got City in that semi so no need to rest players against us.
We play City on 14th Jan. Why would they be resting players for a league cup semi-final on 23rd?
it isn't. It's on the 9th or 10th January.
Ah I see .I got it arseways. Even so the first leg is on the 9th. Thats 5 days before they play us.
It wouldn't have mattered who they had drawn, they would have prioritised the league game against us.
At least they would put a strong team against Chelsea and also got a run for their money. After a tiring desember we could have benefitted on that. We saw it too well last season.
