Fucking hell- 1-0 to the Bitters. Terrible marking at a set-piece is punished.

Keeper in blue and white is just so odd.
3-0 down. Defence has been awful. And Silva has made 2 awful dives to try and con the ref.
4-0 now.
They've played really well and given our lads no room to play at all. Almost each time Suso made room to take a shot, it'd bounce off one of the bodies thrown in front of it. We're missing a few lads but no excuses there - just poorer all over the pitch.
2 games in hand over Everton and 6 points behind them; the league title is still winnable but the kids will have to do a lot better than this dismal performance.

Yeah, we looked like tippy-tappy bellend wannabes today. Probably had about 60% of the ball but always under pressure from bitters who closed down all over the pitch. a lot of players had an off day, and the team looks a lot less frightening when it is lacking Raheem.

Wisdom wasn't, but Coady was. Adorjan was missed too, he's a clever forward. Silva has one of his witless days, wasted lots of good ball in dangerous situations.

Definitely missed Wisdom and Sterling out there. From the few games I've managed to watch, I agree with the commentator that we missed Adorjan as he keeps the team ticking over (he wasn't fit to play the full game). He doesn't get mentioned much as one of the kids who is expected to make it, but I like him and think he's an intelligent player with a good eye for a pass and plays intelligently. Contrast that to Silva, who for all his pace and trickery, keeps trying to do much on his own and makes silly decisions. Those two dives he made were scandalous and Nani-like and he should get a clip around the year from the gaffer.

Very poor display overall but I guess that's what you get at this level; kids will be kids and they'll be inconsistent; we can't expect them to perform at top gear week after week.
