Mick McCarthy

After being pointlessly sacked by Wolves, Mick took over Ipswich recently. They were bottom of the table and he suffered two thrashings in his first four games in charge.

However, after 12 games in charge his record stands at 7 wins, 2 draws and just three losses. Ipswich are now closer to the play-offs than the relegation zone and have conceded just 7 goals in their last 8 games.

Pretty impressive stuff. He appears t be a 'marmite' sort of guy but I've a lot of respect for Mick.
