For a majority of mourinhos success, he has relied heavily on a fantastic back 4 and a solid goalkeeper. He will not have that at psg, and he will not be able to acquire that quickly. He then needs a solid DM which they do not have.

Attacking is the only thing PSG has going for them, and even then it's very much too many egos

Based on the fact that he is still one of the top coaches in the world. He is able to work with limited resources as well as superstars, maybe not for long periods but enough to get them trophies. He will get the PSG defense in order regardless.
