Sterling was constantly trying to get behind the Chelsea defence, while the others were playing the ball backwards and forwards in front of them, which suited them fine.

Gerrard: at least all of the 'win it for Gerrard' crap can go now, as Gerrard has lost it for them.
Coutinho: this bag of wind can be popped and placed in the rubbish bin until next season, when, hopefully, he learns that one good pass every ten or so over-hit, stupid, rash stabs into a crowd of bodies isn't needed, and innumerable limp sliced shots from outside the area aren't part of the glorious game play that his mad acolytes believe is proof of his incredible genius.
Aspas: after that corner, just go away and never come back.
 
I don't blame Gerrard, I blame the groundsman. Before every home game they soak the pitch with water and it is our players who seem to slip over more than the opposition. Despite seeing the results of their evil work at the end of the first half, they gave the pitch another soaking at half-time, presumably in the hope that they could make more of our players slip over.

I agree about Aspas but that's a little harsh on Gerrard and Coutinho macca.

I agree. And Gerrard and Coutinho were so fucking annoying today. So rash, so fucking ridiculous with their shoot on half site bullshit.

I'm surprised Sterling isn't making it into most peoples top 3. He never stopped working. If anyone was going to score or create chances it was Sterling.

Mignolet just misses out on 3rd.
