Mingolet - Fuck it, he's getting my vote. Really impressed with him of late. He's a goalkeeper again.

Lucas - He couldn't walk at the end but then again he battered Chelsea's midfield over two legs.

Can - I really like Can. He's put down a marker for us.

Skrtel was also very good. Sniffed out danger all night. Coutinho glided past players as per usual but we need him to use his magic and turn runs into goals.

1. Coutinho - a decent case can be made for any of four or five players, but the Chavs were flat out frightened when this little bugger ran at them, so he gets my vote.
2. Mignolet - top performance (again) and big props to a player who's improved out of all recognition.
3. Skrtel - never took a backward step in the physical stuff and read the game well.

Can not far away in 4th for me.
