Mane
Henderson
Lallana

Honorable mentions to Lucas, Mignolet, Wijnaldum and Firmino. And good on Klopp for stopping the rot. Now can we beat the sorry Leicester?

It's a pity there's no room for Firmino because he deserves to be in there too.

I don't get the love for Henderson, truly I don't, unless you like sideways/back passes.

Froggy, you know I have no love for Henderson when the chips are down. But today he was the puppet master both forwards and backwards.

Watch the game again without a chip on your shoulder, he was breaking up play, launching attacks forwards. Pretty much nailed the quarterback role. Often it was a 5-10 yard ball but always hit the mark today.

Don't look at his passes – not that he was bad at it, but that wasn't where he excelled today. He was like a vacuum cleaner, whenever there was a loose ball in midfield it always seemed to stick with him. The midfield of Wanyama and Dembele are no slouches, but Hendo was first to the ball most of the time. And the most impressive thing about this was his "vacuuming" range – rather than just sitting in front the back 4 and protecting a narrow patch in the middle (as most holding midfielders would do) he was absolutely everywhere. This style suits Klopp's football to a tee and we missed it badly for instance versus Sunderland when Can was deputizing.

GINI

FIRMINO

LUCAS

Crazy that Mane can score 2 and not get in my top 3... thought the above were fucking immense tonight. Gini's best game in a red shirt and Firmino was fucking brilliant 2nd half especially.

When he chased that long ball down in the 93rd minute it just highlighted his whole performance.

He was the best player on the park tonight and I'm amazed he hasn't had more votes in here. Fucking love the Little fella.

Very pleased with most of the performances yesterday. Only Milner seemed mentally fatigued. He'd fluff the kind of passes he'd normally make without thinking. He needs this break more than anyone.

I thought everyone played well really, special shouts out to Lucas and Wijnaldum.
