I said he had a shite 1st half, I'll stick by that as he was remiss in his defensive duties and they scored from a cross coming in from his position. He upped his game considerably in the 2nd (Klopp rocket perhaps) and did score ... and I had him at #3 in my MoM list !
To be fair hit was a couple terms attack, and watching the replay, Enrique ran forward leaving the runner with acres. It was more Enrique than Smith

I'm surprised Brannagan isn't the unanimous choice as the MOTM or even unanimous in finishing at least in the top three in everyone's votes. We all look at / for different things in a game I guess, so I suppose he just didn't convince everyone with his display. I hope Klopp and his staff agree with my take though! 😀
