Also wanted to give a place to Sterling who I thought was a different player 2nd half. Lambert worked his socks off, great header to set up the goal - probably just needs to be a little more selfish on occasion.

Great effort for the goal, but there were so many times were he didn't press, he was shrugged off the ball, and even dawdled on the ball causing unnecessary pressure.

Haha well I could only pick three and I went for the players who played a full 90 minutes.
Both Touré and Lucas could have made my top three but I thought Allen was the best player on the pitch for the full 90 minutes. Ran his legs off, helped in both offence and defence.
