Luc Castaignos or Coutinho?

It's probably nonsense but some alleged ITK on that shitty football-rumours site reckons we're signing a good young player from Inter but isn't saying the name.

So possibly Castaignos or Coutinho? Of the two Castaignos seems more heavily linked in the papers.

What do you reckon? I know nothing about them except I remember Rafa looking at Countinho a while back, Castaignos has to be better than Carroll though.
