Supposed to be 4-3-3 for tomorrow.
Reina, flanagan, carra, skrtel, aurelio, lucas, spearing, merieles, kuyt, suarez, carrol

Who's playing on the left Kuyt or Suarez?
Suarez I'd imagine

I'm surprised carra ain't at right back with Wilson at the back. Big game for Flanagan anyone know if he's ready for the first team?

do you think kenny reckons that because agger isn't there, carragher has to be the one to babysit skrtel?

I've been waiting to see the Suarez - Carroll - Kuyt 3 up top.

Should be interesting.
It would be nice if it had a decent migfiels behind them though.
I have never attended a match and seen us lose at Anfield.
I fear that might change tomorrow night

No idea, but I doubt he will be phased, he is a ferocious tackler.

Just on FM104 in the morning, some kid who was a Liverpool fan going to the City match with his dad, and said his favourite Liverpool player was Ronaldo Torres...

Well, 433 makes sense as City line up the same way. And we got prison gangraped away to City when we played 2 central midfielders vs their 3. Flanagan is a great prospect, good with ball, decent pace and has got a good strong tackle on him. We always say give youth a chance, and fair play to Kenny. The last 7 games can be used with next season in mind. I smell a draw.

* No creativity in midfield.

* Defence weakened.

* Up to Suarez and Aurelio on the left to win us the game.

Prediction 2-2

The first challenge is to last more than 15 minutes.

Excited to see Flanagan play if true, and glad to know Carra not playing at RB. He might be our best central defender, but he's a shite full back.

Errr.... do you think he might just reckon that Carra is our best available centre back and it'd be better than playing Soto who's proven a bit of a car crash? We're playing City. They're not bad up front like.

I know we've not been upto much, but we've done well in the big games. If we beat Chelsea twice and do United at home with aplomb, then we can give this shower of shit a game. It's not like we relied on Stevie much in any of those games.

Where the spirit lads? I want this season to be over as much as anyone, but it's a big game with alot still to play for in the race for 5th place.

My "spirit" seeps away when I watch us and when I look at our teamsheet I'm afraid mate.

We're fucking rubbish, and if City turn it on tonight we could get properly humped.

You still believe in 5th? I have no hopes or expectations for this match at all, nor indeed for the rest of the season. I'm not even sure we'll finish 6th anymore.

I didn't say I believed it BM, I said it was still there to play for, despite the injuries. What are we supposed to do? I haven't got many hopes left but I'd hate to see the team going out for the rest of the season all defeatist because of a few injuries, it's a chance for other players to have a go.
