Where should I book a hostel roughly? Somewhere with handy enough access to trains to Wembley and Stansted/Gatwick and in a decent spot for pints.

Good boozer would be The Globe in Baker St - short(ish) tube to Wembley from there. Not sure where i'd recommend immediately by the ground. For the FA Cup semi i met RA somewhere next to the ground that was huge and buzzing but might not be open for this one?

@Brizzle, would it make sense for Aidan, +2 to pick up a place near Baker Street if the rest of us are staying around Shepherds Bush / White City area?

We'll prob just meet them in The Globe on the Sat and all travel to Wembley then together.
 
Yeah I doubt that one will be open @Brizzle . I'll check. I fancy hanging with you fellas though. It's been ages! I'll get back to you 🙂
 
I'll also defo come to the pub but didn't get on board with buying a ticket - didn't click that it was open sale on ticketmaster rather than through the official website. Yeah - plenty of hostels around Baker St i'd imagine, and you can chill out in Regents Park in The Lying Rag if weather allows..
 
Would Baker Street(ish) area be good for heading back to after game? Handiest place for hostel is probably near where we'll be drinking afterwards.
 
That's the thing, not sure where we're going out after the game. So the question is; does it make sense to position yourself around Baker St when we're in Shepherds Bush / White City area? Hopefully the answer from the locals is a YES.
 
Baker street is a lot easier to get to post the game than white city. U also have marylebone with the over ground train to Wembley stadium. If any of the 6cm regulars need accommodation drop me a pm. Connectivity to shepherds Bush isn't too bad via the hammersmith and city line I think.

Plenty of places around baker Street to drink up as well.

Sure we'll look for spares. Wembley is HUGE, surely some spares floating about.
 
The Globe? Will you all be wearing Stone Island or Burberry?

Head to Marylebone as the boozers there are nicer. In fact if you head the bakerloo line to Warwick Avenue, there's a great pub in the Prince Alfred. Two mins from the station and a lovely pub.
 
BUMP. So looking at booking a hostel in the next day or two near where we'd be boozing before and after the game (and a tube station)and not too far from White City as that's where some of the lads will be staying. Any suggestions appreciated. Any good suggestions may be rewarded with a horrible pint of Fosters.
 
Ok what gives and where do I go? Boss to see you lads again. No ticket for me but would love a catch up. 🙂
 
There is 5 of us going to the game. We'll probably go to that pub you suggested above. Can meet everyone there if that suits?

No spare tickets as of yet. I told Buddha I'd try for him too.
