Survey done by BBC Sport regarding how fans across premier league clubs are happy with the players available in certain positions. Our approval rating for left back was the lowest of any throughout the league.
Is this mainly because of Moreno or fans having doubts about Milner?
A bit of both for me, especially with no other younger options. Clyne is the player best equipped to play at left back at the moment from our current squad but then we would have big problems at right back as we have very sparse cover there also.

Given Milner's played there about twice, I'd suggest it's more to do with Moreno.

"Liverpool fans expressed concerns over a few positions, including goalkeeper, but nothing came close to their concern over left-back. Only 7% of fans felt the squad was adequate in that position, to put the figure into context it was almost four times lower than any other position at any other club."

Poor The Moreno. I know he's crap but that's some blow to your confidence innit.

It probably is mostly down to Moreno but plenty of fans including myself have reservations about Milner playing there for an extended period. I suppose we'll see in the next few months whether we need to buy a new left back or were better sticking with Milner.

It is down to Moreno.

But your reservations about Milner are not without good reason, and quite widely shared.

It's as much to do with what we lose from Milner in midfield are do we from his inadequacy at LB.

But yeah, mostly down to Moreno's positioning and reckless decision making. The Europa Cup final was surely the last straw for the majority of fans.

It's to do with the fact that, should we have to rely on an actual left back, the only option we have is Moreno who currently can't get in the team. And we've sold and loaned out our only other two natural options, inexplicably.

Milner will do a job there, I think everyone knows that, but I don't think that's influenced the voting. It's been influenced by how unreliable Moreno is and the fact we didn't buy one.

OMG - we sure know how to kick and piss over a player when his confidence is low anyway. Wow !!! Welcoome to LFC.

I don't quite know why Moreno can't play ahead of Milner, he's quick, he'd possibly track back better than most wide midfielders and would be far more effective than Milner who isn't going to offer much at the by line

It's a terrific point.

It might be possible that Klopp can turn it round, he might well be coachable for all we know and Klopp can sort him out. He does have some some very good other attributes to his game.
Someone needs to cut that fucking thing off the top of his head though the giant whopper.

I can't help get the impression from Moreno that he's a bit thick and that will hamper him from being able to learn effectively from Klopp. The fact that his positional sense , marking and decison making is no better than when we signed him suggests this also.
